Washington Capital Acquires InFocus HQ for $21M

WILSONVILLE, OR-WCM acquires the 138,432-sf building at 27708 S.W. Parkway from Gerding Edlen Development Co. as part of the agreement wherein GED developed the building and negotiated a long-term lease to InFocus for the firm's corporate headquarters before selling it to WCM.

WILSONVILLE, OR-Completing a prearranged deal, Washington Capital Management Inc. has acquired the new 138,432-sf, four-story, InFocus corporate headquarters building here for $21.2 million.

WCM acquired the building at 27708 S.W. Parkway from Gerding Edlen Development Co. as part of the agreement wherein GED developed the building, negotiated a long-term lease to InFocus for the firm’s corporate headquarters and then sold it to WCM.
