The lessee will occupy industrial space at 650 L St., according to the terms of the $864,539 deal. It will serve as the newest location for Long Beach Automotive Distributors, as the wholesale car parts distributor currently operates four other locations scattered throughout San Diego County.
Tim Mills of Burnham Real Estate Services ONCOR International acted on behalf of Long Beach Automotive Distributors. Foster Investment Co. was represented by Art Bleier of Voit Commercial.
Long Beach Automotive Distributors is the latest industrial user to take space in San Diego County, as the region's industrial market continues to improve. A Burnham report shows that the county's industrial sector absorbed 605,720 sf during the second quarter with the vacancy rate falling to 8.4%.
