Renaissance Suites Hotel Opening in Flatiron

BROOMFIELD, CO-The 232-suite Renaissance Suites Hotel is only the second of its concept to open in the US. The hotel features an "all-suite, all-concierge" approach to guest services.

BROOMFIELD, CO-The 10-story, 232-suite Renaissance Suites Hotel at Flatiron opens its doors Sept. 28. It is only the second Renaissance Suites Hotel concept to open in the US and the largest to date.

The hotel is located between Boulder and Denver, off US 36, is within walking distance of the FlatIron Crossing regional shopping center and is adjacent to the Interlocken Business Park.

Special introductory rates of $99 for the weekend and $159 mid-week, per suite, per night, based on availability, are being offered. Regular rates range from $179 to $229 per suite, per night.
