Data Projections Inc., a videoconferencing company based in Houston, leased 3,946 sf of research and development space at 11500 Metric Blvd. in the north submarket. John Childers of Colliers International represented the tenant and Brian Liverman of Trammell Crow Co. acted on behalf of Crow, which is the building owner. The structure has 96,284 sf. Data Projections also had its office at 8000 Anderson Square in the central submarket.

In a second office deal, Brown & Caldwell, an environmental engineering services company, subleased 3,815 sf in the Houston Building at 9014 Mountain Ridge Dr. TXU, the utility based in Dallas, sublet the space. Brown & Caldwell will move from 2499 S. Capital of Texas Highway.

Russell Young of Commercial Texas and Dean Panfili of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. negotiated for Brown & Caldwell. Travis Dunaway of the Scheffe Group represented TXU. The three-story Houston Building has 34,225 sf.
