Ram Real Estate created Heath's position because of increased asset and property management activity. He is responsible for overseeing property management and leasing for Ram. Heath will participate in strategic planning of the company's $200 million retail portfolio.

Heath, who is relocating to Coral Springs from Texas, has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years. His past duties include managing and directing real estate for Winn-Dixie, 7-Eleven Stores, Safeway Stores and First Union National Bank.

In his new role, Hamor will direct Ram's multifamily and retail acquisitions in Michigan and the Southeast, focusing on Florida. Before joining Ram, Hamor served as vice president with RREEF Funds in New York for six years, where he led the Southeast acquisition team. At RREEF, Hamor acquired more than $725 million in office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties from Philadelphia to Miami. Before RREEF, he worked on more than $1 billion in transactions for Baring Institutional Realty Advisors, which later became Acacia Realty Advisors.

Hamor received his bachelor's degree in management information systems from Pace University and his master's degree in real estate investment and development from New York University.
