Hamor Leaves RREEF/NY for Ram/Miami

MIAMI-Philip Heath fills a new position, vice president of retail asset management for Ram Real Estate Co., while Robert H. Hamor joins Ram Development Co. as executive vice president of acquisitions.

MIAMI-Palm Beach Gardens, FL-based Ram Real Estate Co. has just named Philip Heath vice president of retail asset management, a new position. This comes on the heels of Ram Development Co. naming Robert H. Hamor executive vice president of acquisitions. Ram claims its goal is to double its retail portfolio over the next three years.

Ram Real Estate created Heath’s position because of increased asset and property management activity. He is responsible for overseeing property management and leasing for Ram. Heath will participate in strategic planning of the company’s $200 million retail portfolio.

Heath, who is relocating to Coral Springs from Texas, has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years. His past duties include managing and directing real estate for Winn-Dixie, 7-Eleven Stores, Safeway Stores and First Union National Bank.
