Light World Opens 14,000-SF Showroom in Bensalem

PHILADELPHIA-Providence, RI-based Light World leases a 14,000-sf property in Bensalem, PA from Trevose, PA-based Liberty Properties. Total rental value is in excess of $780,000. The retailer is renovating the space into a showroom.

PHILADELPHIA-Light World, a Providence, RI-based retailer, has leased a 14,000-sf property in Bensalem, PA, which it will renovate into a showroom. The owner of the property at 4265 Street Rd. is Liberty Properties of Trevose (PA), LLC.

The length the lease is undisclosed, but the total rental is in excess of $780,000. The building is a two-story, 16,400-sf property, and Light World will occupy the entire first floor.

Light World sells to building contractors, renovation companies and consumers. In its new location, it plans to expand beyond chandeliers, table lamps and other lighting treatments to additional home accessories, including mirrors, furniture and art work.
