In the largest of the three deals, U.S. Healthworks has renewed its lease for 6,494 sf in Mira Mesa Business Park, which stands at 5897 Oberlin Dr. The five-year agreement is valued at $496,476. U.S. Healthworks was represented by Brad Gross of Equis Corp. James Duncan and Mickey Morera acted on behalf of the lessor, Pacific Starr Group.

The other two transactions involve leases at the Seville Plaza complex, which is located at 5473 Kearny Villa Rd. Great Western Mortgage Corp. has signed on for 3,283 sf here. The company will occupy suite 200, according to the terms of the 63-month, $400,000 agreement. Lisa Gonzales acted on behalf of Great Western Mortgage, as well as the lessor, The Shidler Group. In the other deal, Valley Vista Mortgage Inc. inked a 12-year renewal for 2,145 sf in Suite 240 and leased an additional 2,305 sf of continuous space in the complex for 38 months. Total consideration of the Valley Vista transaction is $223,000. Valley Vista was represented in-house, as was The Shidler Group
