Robinson tells GlobeSt.com he joined Cushman & Wakefield because "it was a great opportunity to service national clients under a global platform and to work with high-profile clients."

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a senior commercial associate with Miami-based Terranova Corp. and director of operations for Southeastern Systems Inc., a construction and real estate consulting firm also based in Miami. He sold that business, which he co-founded, in 1998.

"I sold the company to embark on an opportunity in the real estate market," Robinson says.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Robinson represents Millennium Partners in the development of the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower on Brickell Avenue, an 800-foot-tall mixed-use office, retail, hotel and residence project. There, he is responsible for leasing 220,000 sf of office space.

Robinson also represents the Rockefeller Group in the development of a mixed-use, build-to-suit project in Miramar that contains more than 200 acres of retail, office, multifamily and residential projects. He also represents tenants and property owners with a full spectrum of real estate services, including consulting and the implementation of marketing programs.
