AURORA, IL-The I-88 Corridor has been fertile territory for Epic/Savage Realty Partners/TCN Worldwide partner David Friedland. Led by the sale of a 141,129-sf building in the Meadow Lakes Business Park, Friedland has completed deals involving nearly 300,000 sf.

Formerly owned by Shorr Packaging, the building at 1105 S. Frontenac Rd. will be used by Color Caulk Inc., which is consolidating operations now spread between three buildings in the area. Greg Pacelli and Mark Dolemba of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler represented Shorr Packaging.

Presort Solutions leased 49,950 sf at AMB Realty’s building at 801 S. Frontenac Rd. Jennifer Rassmussen of Epic/Savage also was involved in brokering the deal.
