Windsor Park comprises 20, six-story buildings set on 48 acres. The asset was refinanced in 1999, followed by a $5-million capital improvement program that saw refurbishment of the lobbies, common areas and underground garage.

Founded in 1983 by Leslie Kaminoff, CEO, AKAM currently manages a portfolio of more than 100 luxury and middle-income cooperative and condominium residences in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
