Beaumeade Technology Campus Gets a Buyer

BEUMEADE, VA–Beaumeade Technology Campus, the 132,240-sf, two-structure complex in the 684-acre Beaumeade Corporate Park, changes hands from seller Beacon Capital Partners to buyer Nottingham Properties Inc. in a recent deal. While the amount of the sale is not being disclosed and the deal has yet to be recorded for public record in Loudoun County, some similar spaces in the park lease for about $12-per-sf. The deal marks Nottingham’s first foray out of Maryland

Located off Route 28 and Waxpool Road just north of the Dulles International Airport the single-story, two-year-old structures occupy a 12-acre plot in the business park. Currently, the property is about one-third leased to tenants Liebert, Van Meter Homes, and Design Telecom, which just recently signed on for space. All tenants are currently occupying just one building, while the second structure is being refitted following the demise of a company that was to occupy the space.
