Church Buys Industrial Buildings

CHINO, CA-Inland Community Church acquires four industrial buildings totaling more than 41,000 sf for nearly $2 million. Two buildings not previously leased by the church will be converted into a sanctuary, a fellowship hall, classrooms and offices.

CHINO, CA-Inland Community Church bought four industrial buildings at 5540-5560 Schaefer Ave. totaling more than 41,000 sf for nearly $2 million from Turner Development.

Bill Lowder of NAI Capital Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that the church had been leasing two of the buildings for 10 years and will now expand into all four. Its new facilities will include a sanctuary, a fellowship hall, classrooms and offices.
