Crate and Barrel signed a five-year lease with the developer for 261,000-sf in Patterson Pass Business Park, which it plans to occupy this fall. The retailer's space includes 3,000-sf of office space and four drive-in doors. The park, which is located at 18520 Stanford Road in Tracy, appealed to the company because its rates are far lower than the Bay Area, yet it is within close proximity to the East Bay.

Greig Lagomarsino and Greg O'Leary of Colliers International represented Crate and Barrel, while ProLogis was represented in house. The lease rate was not revealed but similar spaces in the area go for about 35 cents per sf per month. The lease brings the business park to full occupancy.
