C&W of Pennsylvania Gets Leasing Chief

PHILADELPHIA-Kirk A. Miller joined Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, the local office of New York-based firm, in 1998 to head office leasing in southern New Jersey. Prior to that he was senior portfolio manager for locally based Jackson Cross Co.

PHILADELPHIA-Kirk A. Miller has been promoted to director of Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania Inc., the locally based regional headquarters of the New York-based real estate services firm. Miller joined this office in 1998 to head leasing responsibilities for Southern New Jersey.

During the past four years, he represented tenants and landlords in transactions accounting for more than 1.5 million sf and valued at more than $105 million.

Before joining C&W, Miller was senior portfolio manager responsible for key assignments at locally based Jackson Cross Co., which is not the local affiliate of New York-based Insignia/ESG.
