Aldi has been a top executive in the development industry for more than three decades.
Previously, he worked with Erickson Retirement Communities of Baltimore, MD which he joined in 1995 as vice president of development. He became chief operating officer for that company in 1998.
Aldi's other real estate-related jobs include controller of Morgan Stanley Realty, general manager of real estate for Prudential Insurance Co., chief financial officer of Bellemead Development Corp.and president of Howco Investment Corp.
