CLB Partners Ltd. of Dallas is the project's developer. The plan calls for 62 flats and 20 two-story loft homes. The bottom four stories are devoted to parking and retail. The units will range in size from 1,100 sf to 2,800 sf. Prices range from just under $300,000 to more than $2 million.

The building will be situated on the corner of Fifth and West streets on the banks of Shoal Creek. The company operates a sales office near the site. The general contractor on the project is Faulkner and the architect is Page Southerland Page.

The project gets underway as two other downtown loft projects, the Nokonah at Lamar Boulevard and Ninth Street, and Plaza Lofts, at Fifth and Guadalupe streets, have come on line.
