The company will take 6,386 sf at 2804 Roosevelt St. in Carlsbad, according to the terms of the $886,082 transaction. A move-in date of December has been scheduled by the new tenant, which plans to use the recently leased space as a medical clinic. The new location will serve as Quality Care's fourth location.

Both Quality Care and the lessor, Roosevelt/Tamarack Investments LP, were represented by Roger Carlson of Coldwell Banker Commercial – North County Properties.

San Diego's office market has begun to rebound, as a Burnham Real Estate Services report published this past summer shows that the San Diego County office market experienced 680,110 sf of net absorption in the second quarter. The combined activity of 962,970 sf from this year's first and second quarters is just 80,000 sf behind all of 2001.
