Quality Care Inks Seven-Year Office Lease

CARLSBAD, CA-The company will take 6,386 sf at 2804 Roosevelt St. in Carlsbad. It plans to use the newly leased space as a medical clinic, which will serve as Quality Care's fourth location.

CARLSBAD, CA-Quality Care Medical Center Inc. has inked a seven-year lease for office space in Carlsbad.

The company will take 6,386 sf at 2804 Roosevelt St. in Carlsbad, according to the terms of the $886,082 transaction. A move-in date of December has been scheduled by the new tenant, which plans to use the recently leased space as a medical clinic. The new location will serve as Quality Care’s fourth location.
