Majestic Properties and HVC Development Group, both of Miami, are developing the sister projects, c Vilamur and Vilasol, at a total hard construction cost of $5 million.
The architect for both projects is Luigi Vitalini. Vilamur will consist of 10 units located at 7700 Collins Ave., across from the ocean and North Shore State Park.
Prices for the one-bedroom and two-bedroom lofts will range from the mid-$200s to the low $400s. Four of the units already have sold. The size will range from 756 sf to 1,154 sf.
The Vilamur lofts will feature 18-foot ceilings, double-height windows with ocean and park views, European-style kitchens, private rooftop terraces and a rooftop Roman pool. Occupancy is planned for spring 2004.
Vilasol will be located one block north, at 78th and Collins. This project will consist of 20 lofts, with prices starting in the mid $200s. These will range in size from 772 sf for one-bedroom units to 1,205 sf for two-bedroom/den tri-level units.
These lofts also will have 18-foot ceilings, along with walls of glass in the second-story master bedrooms, European-style kitchens, covered parking, a rooftop pool and open-air rooftop cabanas. Occupancy for Vilasol is scheduled for winter 2004.
