The building at the intersection of Bent Creek Way and Cambellton Road was built in 1970. It includes 18 1,145-sf efficiency units; 72 one-bedroom, one-bath, 936-sf units, and 30 two-bedroom, one-bath, 1,145-sf units.
Marc Robinson, managing director of locally based Southeast Apartment Partners, which represented the seller, estimates that, following renovation, average rental rates will be about $675 per month.
Partners Chris Johnston and Joshua Goldfarb participated with Robinson in locating a buyer and negotiating the transaction.
