Completed in 1982, the apartment complex contains 96 units with three-bedroom and two-bath floor plans and garages. Currently 100% occupied, the property stands on an 8.78-acre parcel at 536 Telegraph Canyon Rd. in Chula Vista.

Both the buyer, Telegraph Canyon LLC, and the seller, Windward Point LLC c/o United Dominion Realty Trust, were represented by Jon Busse and Peter Scepanovic of Colliers International.

The San Diego apartment market continues to attract commercial real estate investors at a dizzying pace, with some industry experts calling it the strongest multifamily market today. A Burnham Real Estate Services report issued earlier this month says that apartment sales in San Diego County reached the highest level in 17 years this past quarter, when 335 multifamily properties changed hands.
