Lowe & Palomar Unveil Plans for Office Project

CARLSBAD, CA-A joint venture of Lowe Enterprises Southwest and the Palomar Cannon Partnership has unveiled plans to build a class A office project, known as Ocean Ridge, at the Carlsbad Ranch master-planned development. Construction on the project, which will rise at the intersection of Armada and Fleet Drives, is scheduled to begin this January.

Slated to encompass 75,000 sf, Ocean Ridge will consist of 25,000-sf floor plates designed to accommodate both full floor and smaller tenants. The built-out, three-story facility will feature a state-of-the-art energy system with computerized security, as well as an integrated fiber optic cable and telephone systems network. Other amenities will include shower and locker facilities, outdoor patio areas and 75 covered spaces that will be constructed under the office building. In addition, each of the facility’s three floors will offer ocean views.
