As senior vice president and partner in charge of development, Schoenbrun will oversee Cencor's daily operations including development, property management, asset management, acquisitions and new business development. Cencor's San Antonio retail portfolio totals about four million sf. He'll work with David Nicolson, president of the San Antonio office for Cencor's brokerage affiliate, the Weitzman Group.

Schoenbrun was senior vice president in Cencor's Austin office, which he joined in 1999. He had managed mezzanine-level equity lending for real estate for Chase Bank of Texas.

Schoenbrun's appointment is the third staff addition or promotion in the San Antonio operations of Dallas-based Cencor/Weitzman in recent weeks. The company promoted Nicolson recently as well as stepping up Sherman Hinkebein to executive vice president from senior VP.

At Trammell Crow Co.'s Austin office, Brian Liverman was promoted to senior associate for the industrial division. Liverman had been an associate responsible for leasing about two million sf of industrial property. He worked for Trammell Crow in 1998 and 1999 as a marketing intern and coordinated a citywide real estate database for Austin industrial buildings.
