Following completion of the program, Blunt spent a year in the firm's commercial brokerage division and moved to the financial services group as an associate in 1998. In 2000, he ranked among the top 10 production leaders in the local office.
Meanwhile, C&W negotiated the expansion of a lease for the locally-based law firm of Duane Morris, LLP to 10,650 sf at One Liberty Place. Terms are undisclosed, but area brokers tell GlobeSt.com that the average asking rental rate in the building at 1650 Market St. is approximately $22.60 per sf.
Locally based Philadelphia Liberty Place owns the class-A office building. William J. Hirschfeld and Sun F. Park of the local C&W office are the exclusive leasing agents.
