The Temecula-based construction firm is building a 20,000-sf paint and body shop, which is rising on a two-acre lot located at 41720 Eastman Dr. Slated for completion in January 2003, the single story facility is being constructed of tilt-up concrete. It will include two booths, one for painting and one for paint and body repair prepping.

Dennis Welsh is acting as the project manager for Keeton Construction and Mike Gieser as the onsite superintendent. In addition, Bruce Newell and Rick Otto from 1st Class Collision are overseeing the project. McArdle & Associates is serving as the project architect, while Alhambra Group is acting as the landscape architect. Deardoff & Deardoff is the structural engineer, K&S Engineering is the civil engineer, Three D Electric is the electrical engineer and JA Fergus is the mechanical engineer.
