Lend Lease Completes Rehab of The Patrician

SAN DIEGO, CA-The Patrician, a senior living property owned by Lend Lease, has undergone a significant renovation that has just recently been completed.

The construction project, which was headed up by a Wermers Multi-Family Corp. team including Bart Hartman, Michelle Simmons, Ken Miller, Ron Kunkle and Jim McGrath, entailed adding six new units to the building, which now has 90 units in total. In addition, a number of new amenities were built, including a café, commercial kitchen, dining room and cafeteria, movie room, library, laundry room and exercise facilities. Completed in 1987, The Patrician stands at 4025 Pulitzer in the University Towne Center of San Diego.
