"People travel from near and far to experience all that Parvizian has to offer, says JBG Rosenfeld Retail's Grant Ehat. JBGR is in charge of leasing for Fairfax Shopping Center. "Now, with the impending opening of a new showroom, customers living in Fairfax, Tysons Corner, and points west will have the convenience of a location close to where they live."
Parvizian's other showrooms are in the Maryland towns of Annapolis and Bethesda, and in Alexandria, VA. Kimel Company represented Parvizian in the leasing deal, but terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
