The Shamokin property is a 59,611-sf unit at a 98,554-sf neighborhood shopping center on Route 61. Other tenants include Buy-Rite Liquors and a Long John Silver restaurant.

The 61,498-sf Stroudsburg unit is at Monroe Plaza at the corner of Third and McConnell streets off Route 209, less than two miles from downtown Stroudsburg. The center is anchored by an Eckerd Drug Store and a Shop-Rite grocery.

The smallest of the three is a 53,000-sf unit at Plaza 15, north of Lewisburg on Route 15. It is located near Bucknell University and within easy access of I-80. The tenant roster includes Save-A-Lot and Advance Auto.

Harry T. Harmon, Lightstone's director of leasing and operations for the Pennsylvania region, says, in a statement, that the availability of the Ames' units "gives us a significant and welcome opportunity to upgrade and diversify the tenant mix and raise the overall quality of each shopping center."
