The three-building complex is comprised of a biotech facility and two office structures, which stand at 6175, 6225 and 6275 Nancy Ridge Dr. in the Sorrento Mesa submarket of San Diego. The buildings are currently 100% leased, with Chugai Biopharmaceuticals occupying two of the facilities, while Cardiodynamics International Corp. and Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. are tenants in the third.

CarrAmerica has purchased the complex from CRVP Partners, in a move designed to increase its biotech holdings and "create further operating economies of scale," according to the company's managing director for Southern California, Malcolm O'Donnell. "In addition, the property provides CarrAmerica an opportunity to provide future lab and research spaces to many of the growing life science companies within San Diego," O'Donnell adds.
