Drug Rehabilitation Firm Comes to Texas With Long-Term Lease

WEBSTER, TX-Watershed Treatment Programs of Boca Raton, FL leases an 8,400-sf former psychiatric facility in a suburb southeast of Houston. The bed count jumps by 10 with renovations that are now under way.

WEBSTER, TX-The Watershed Treatment Programs of Boca Raton, FL has selected Texas for an expansion move. The substance abuse rehabilitation organization has signed a long-term lease at 20 Professional Park Dr. in Webster near the Clear Lake area, southeast of Houston.

Coy Davidson of the Houston office of Colliers International tells GlobeSt.com that the new tenant is upping the bed count to 30 from 20 at the 8,400-sf former inpatient psychiatric facility. The 13-year-old building had about 2,000 sf of office space, but the plan is to cut into that area so beds can be added.
