Built by Wespac Construction, the first floor of the 30,000-sf, two-story masonry block building has been leased by the Arizona Heart Institute, a full-service cardiology office, Comprehensive Medical Imaging, which provides medical imaging services, and Renaissance Family Practice. The Advanced Medical Plaza is opening at 50% occupancy.
The building, which features exposed burnished block and artistic copper composite panels, is located just south of Chandler Regional Hospital on Dobson Road.
Owner and developer is AMD Development of Phoenix, which specializes in cardiovascular development projects. The project was designed by the Phoenix-based architectural firm, Stein-Cox Group.
