Before joining Daniel, he was senior marketing representative at Raleigh-based Highwoods Properties for 14 years. Highwood, according to a printed statement, is the largest owner of office and office-flex properties in the North Carolina Triangle.

In the same statement, J.D. "Butch" Miller, managing director of the Raleigh-based Ellis affiliate, says Pulliam's experience "in leasing class-A space in all submarkets of the Raleigh-Durham MSA is an ideal fit with the various owners CB represents throughout the Triangle."

CB operates 250 offices in 47 countries and reported net revenues of $1.17 billion in 2001.
