The location at the northwest corner of Dobson and Riggs roads, was chosen because of its excellent neighborhood demographics and the high-growth potential. The Woonsocket, RI firm has been making a major push into the Phoenix market with several new locations, including stores in Mesa and Phoenix, set to open this year.
The lease, negotiated for tenant, AZ Sun Lakes CVS LLC of Woonsocket, by Pat Sauer and Darren Pitts, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, marks the company's first venture into the Sun Lakes area. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. The building owner, RNS Center LP of Sun Lakes, a Robson Communities company, handled its side of the talks.
