NEW YORK CITY-Financial services firm Evercore Partners Services East LLC has reupped its19,650-sf lease at Equity Office Properties Trusts’ Park Avenue Tower, 65 E. 55th St.

Brett Greenberg, director of leasing for Equity Office’s New York Region, represented ownership in the transaction. Mark Boisi and Peter Occi of Colliers ABR Inc., represented Evercore Partners in the transaction. While details of the transactions have not been released, recently published asking rents in the 568,060-sf building are $79 per sf.

“This renewal at Park Avenue Tower reflects our commitment to providing flexible lease terms and building long-term relationships with our customers,” says Greenberg.
