The tilt-up concrete building was built by R.A. Bright Construction of Naperville, IL, which is also developer of the mixed-use industrial/warehouse and business zoned park fronting on U.S. 30 about one mile south of the junction with U.S. 34 (Ogden Ave.). The building was completed in April.

Tom Bothen and Steve Stephens of Stephens Commercial Real Estate of Aurora arranged the sale. About 80,000 sf of the building is leased by Stephens to Anifinsen Assembly, an Aurora-based plastic assembly firm, in a 10-year lease valued in excess of $2.5 million. Stephens represented both parties in that transaction. A plastic molding company will occupy the remaining 32,080 sf within the next few months.
