Located at Thames and Bond streets, Bond Street Wharf is a six-story, redbrick warehouse structure with ground-level retail space, and is designed to reflect an 18th Century waterfront style. Other tenants will include Brown Investment Advisory & Trust Co., which signed a 10-year lease for 22,000 sf last spring.

The building is the focal point of the $101 million Fells Point redevelopment endeavor that includes additional offices, retail space and residential properties. Struever Bros., Eccles & Rouse and H&S Properties Development Corp. are behind the six-acre project.
