RTKL Moves Into 50,000 SF Bond Street Wharf Space

BALTIMORE, MD-The new $20 million Bond Street Wharf class A office building at Fells Point welcomes new tenant Baltimore-based RTKL Associates into a 50,000-sf space in the 220,000-sf structure. The international architectural firm, which designed the waterfront building, relocated approximately 200 local employees from its former headquarters downtown in the Deutsche Bank Alec. Brown high-rise on South Street. The monetary terms of RTKL’s lease, which was arranged well in advance of the building’s completion, are not being disclosed but space in the building leases for about $26.50-$29.50 per-sf.

Located at Thames and Bond streets, Bond Street Wharf is a six-story, redbrick warehouse structure with ground-level retail space, and is designed to reflect an 18th Century waterfront style. Other tenants will include Brown Investment Advisory & Trust Co., which signed a 10-year lease for 22,000 sf last spring.
