Located on Rockville Pike near I-270, the property will consist of six, four-story residential buildings designed by Houston, TX's Kaufman Meeks & Partners that will engulf a multi-level garage offering access to the residences on each level. The development will also make room for a clubhouse, fitness center, and media room. Montgomery County Planning Commission officials signed off on the project and designated the five-acre parcel as a single plot of land in June of last year.

Archstone's apartment project is in the midst of a larger city-developed Town Center endeavor that covers 460 acres in the heart of the city's downtown area where government offices and business are centered.
