Consultant Teams Direct Deal With Sublease

HOUSTON-Knowledge Reservoir adds 3,149 sf of direct space to its 7,458-sf office at Crescent's 1800 W. Loop South. The firm moved into the 10th-floor office in February 2001 in a deal with CHI Energy.

HOUSTON-Locally based Knowledge Reservoir has signed a 3,149-sf direct lease to boost its total corporate headquarters size to 10,607 sf at 1800 W. Loop South.

In February 2001, the company moved into 7,458 sf in a sublease deal with CHI Energy. The firm is now adding 3,149 sf of direct space with building owner, Crescent Real Estate Equities of Fort Worth. When the sublease ends, it rolls over into an expanded direct lease for the duration of the term. A Crescent spokesman was unable to give specifics on the timeframe.
