The Council of Laborers recently bought 4780 Chabot Drive, a 23,271-sf office building. The building is part of Hacienda Business Park, a five building complex in Pleasanton. The entire complex includes two one-story and three two-story office/R&D buildings containing 216,000-sf.
The Council of Laborers plans to move from its existing space in Suisun City into 8,769-sf of the new building. This move will bring the building to full occupancy. Additional tenants include Alliance Title Company, ValleyCare Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and Safeway.
John Carpenter and Chris Crabtree with Carpenter/Robbins Real Estate represented the seller, Chabot Office Plaza, LLC, while the Council of Laborers was represented by J.D. Lumpkin with Cushman & Wakefield.
