Kiferbaum Construction Corp. is responsible for the design and construction of both properties. The hotels will be owned by affiliates of Dellisart Inc., which was formed by a former Staybridge executive for the purpose of developing Staybridge properties. They will be operated under a license agreement with an affiliate of Six Continents Hotels, owner of the Staybridge Suites brand. Completion is scheduled for summer 2003.
As their locations in business parks indicate, Staybridge Suites cater to extended-stay travelers. All suites will include workstations with ergonomic seating, data ports, two-line speaker phones with voicemail, direct dial access and high-speed Internet access. They will all feature fully equipped kitchens as well.
