Ten penthouses are among the one, two and three-bedroom units. The average apartment is 1,022 sf, and rents for an average $1,259 a month, or $1.23 per sf. The penthouses rent for up to $2.10 per sf, and other three-bedroom, two-bath units rent for up to $1,765 per month.
At the close of the transaction, the property was 95% leased and 94% occupied. Greg Engler, partner, and Pat Jones, manager of Alpharetta, GA-based Moran & Co., represented Worthing Cos. in the sale.
The rental community has gated access and includes a business center and conference room, billiard and bistro room, fitness center, pool, clubhouse and garages.
