Oakland City Center Signs Advertising Firm

OAKLAND, CA- Oakland-based Carol H. Williams Advertising will relocate from its present location at 1901Harrison St. in February 2003. The ad agency will occupy the 17th floor at 555 City Center.

OAKLAND, CA-Carol H. Williams Advertising, a full-service advertising agency, has signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire 17th floor of Shorenstein Realty’s 555 City Center at Oakland City Center.

The lease includes 24,161-sg of office space at 555 City Center, which is part of the 3.5 million sf Oakland City Center. The Oakland City Center includes 18 restaurants and food outlets, more than a dozen retail shops and services, an athletic club and parking for 2,840 vehicles.
