Glenda Mazurka, past president of the commercial investment council for Bluegrass Board of Realtors, has 24 years of industry experience. She specializes in sales and leasing of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties in the Southeast and comes to Sperry Van Ness from locally based Gibson Co.
Steven Mazurka is a specialist in investment properties and tax-free exchanges with 18 years of experience.
Ray Woods has 13 years of experience in commercial development and leasing in the state. His most recent project is Monarch Plaza Office Park in the Beaumont Centre area of Lexington. A joint venture by locally based Woods Realty Group and Schneider Woods Development, LLC, it will have more than 250,000 sf of office space.
Monarch is 50% complete, and more than 66% of the project is sold prior to construction. It is set for completion in fourth quarter 2003. Prior to joining Sperry, Woods founded Schneider Woods.
