Sperry Van Ness Opens Lexington, KY Office

ATLANTA-The Irvine, CA-based firm adds Lexington to its roster of 40 offices nationwide and appoints three senior advisors to cover Kentucky. They are Glenda Mazurka, Steven Mazurka and Ray Woods, each with more than a decade of local-area experience.

ATLANTA-Irvine, CA-based Sperry Van Ness has set up business in Lexington, KY and named a trio of senior advisors to generate sales throughout the state. Office principals are Glenda Mazurka, Steven Mazurka and Ray Woods.

Glenda Mazurka, past president of the commercial investment council for Bluegrass Board of Realtors, has 24 years of industry experience. She specializes in sales and leasing of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties in the Southeast and comes to Sperry Van Ness from locally based Gibson Co.

Steven Mazurka is a specialist in investment properties and tax-free exchanges with 18 years of experience.
