The largest of the three deals involves an agreement for 8,626 sf that Continental Leather Fashions has renewed. The leather goods company will continue to occupy suites A and B at 688 Marsat Court, according to the terms of the 62-month lease. It will use the space for manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and administrative offices. Both Continental Leather and Westcore used in-house representation for the transaction, which is valued at nearly $400,000.

Separately, apparel company Indu Fashion has signed a 40-month lease to occupy suites A and B at 680 Marsat Court. The new tenant will take 4,508 sf here, which will be used for warehousing, distribution and administrative offices. Both Westcore and Indu Fashion represented themselves in the deal, which is worth more than $121,000.

Paul Taylor Pest Control has inked the smallest of the three recent transactions, a lease for 1,950 sf at 1548 Jayken Way. It will occupy suite A here, which will be used for warehousing, distribution and administrative offices. The 36-month agreement is valued at more than $50,000. Both Paul Taylor Pest Control and Westcore were represented in-house.
