Three Small Leases Close in Southrail Biz Park

CHULA VISTA, CA-Continental Leather Fashions, Indu Fashion and Paul Taylor Pest Control have inked three separate leases for space in Westcore Industrial Properties' Southrail Business Park. The three tenants will take a total of 15,084 sf in the Chula Vista industrial complex.

CHULA VISTA, CA-Three tenants have inked leases for a combined 15,084 sf of industrial space in Southrail Business Park, the Chula Vista complex owned by Westcore Industrial Properties.

The largest of the three deals involves an agreement for 8,626 sf that Continental Leather Fashions has renewed. The leather goods company will continue to occupy suites A and B at 688 Marsat Court, according to the terms of the 62-month lease. It will use the space for manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and administrative offices. Both Continental Leather and Westcore used in-house representation for the transaction, which is valued at nearly $400,000.
