KMF Fairfield LLC has purchased The Summit at Paradise Valley, a 180-unit multifamily community in Fairfield, from Fairfield Residential for approximately $20 million. The Summit consists of 180 multifamily units situated on 14.57 acres of land in Fairfield. The sale price of $20.3 million includes 32 two- and three-story luxury apartment buildings, and a clubhouse.

Nearby, in Roseville, Demmon Haverhill Partners LP, a private entity, has acquired Haverhill at Highland Reserve, a 400-unit multifamily community, from Fairfield Highland Reserve LP for $45.4 million. The Haverhill property consists of 400 multifamily units situated on 18.35 acres in Roseville, including 20 two- and three-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse, two computer centers, and a fitness center.

Curtis Gardener and Mark Leary of Arroyo and Coates, a commercial real estate brokerage, represented both the buyers and sellers in both transactions.
