At Westcore Business Park, Hi-Tech Equipment Corp. has renewed a three-year lease for 6,033 sf of industrial space, while BMK LP has inked a 30-month agreement for 5,653 sf of industrial space. Hi-Tech will continue to occupy suite 101 at 9672 Via Excelencia Drive, which it is using for general offices, research and development and light assembly. The engineering and manufacturing company was represented in-house, as was the lessor, Westcore SDIPG LLC. The transaction is valued a more than $195,000. BMK LP, meanwhile, will take space in suite 105 at 9682 Via Excelencia Drive, according to the terms of its $168,947 lease. The company plans to use the suite for warehousing and distribution of toys, hair care products, sunglasses and gift items. Barry Slotten of IPC Commercial acted on behalf of BMK LP, while Westcore SDIPG LLC was represented in-house.

Separately, Vigitron Inc. has signed a 36-month lease for 2,443 sf of office and warehouse space at Westcore Miramar Business Park. The new tenant will occupy suite D at 8360 Camino Santa Fe, which it plans to use for general office, warehousing, distribution and light manufacturing. Jerry Devon of IPC Commercial spoke on behalf of Vigitron in the transaction, which is valued at more than $86,000. Westcore SDIPG LLC was represented by Dean Asaro of CB Richard Ellis.
